Beginning Monday, November 7th, the contractor will be conducting utility excavation work along the hillside between University Drive, Horse Hill Drive and backside of parking Lot L (construction area). This is part of a 3 stage utility excavation process for the Expansion Project. The contractor has indicated that they will be placing barricades with signage along all areas of the utility excavation. For your own safety, please do not attempt to go near them and avoid these areas at all times as there will be heavy operating construction equipment and open trenches.
For those of
you who are currently parking or will be parking in Lots J or M (on the days we
cannot park in Lot L) and are walking to get to Collins College and back,
please be sure to use the new stairs located on Camphor Lane right across the
Bio Trek and ENV bldgs. As an alternative means, if you are not currently doing
so, please feel free to use the Bronco Shuttle, Routes B1, B2, and C ( http://www.broncoshuttle.com/ ).
